Wildlife Hotline

The ORC wildlife hotline fields thousands of calls each year to assist the public and other agencies. Calls can range from arranging transport from one agency to another, giving advice to homeowners who have a wildlife situation, or to assisting those who need to find care for wildlife in distress.

Some questions and calls we receive-

“I found a baby bird in my yard, what do I do”

“I found a hawk on the side of the road, what do I do”

“I’d like to put up and owl box, can you help?”

“My cat brought a bird into my house, what do I do?”
