PAX Environmental Science Institute

Ojai Raptor Center is partnering with PAX Environmental and the Green Valley Project again for the Pax Environmental Science Institute (PESI) program. PESI is a FREE 8-week program for local high school students interested in learning about various environmental disciplines from local professionals. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to explore possible career and educational pathways beyond those typically presented as a part of high school career guidance . Students spend each day with a different professional or organization working in various fields related to environmental conservation. On March 30th, the group will visit ORC to learn about both wings of our organization: wildlife rehabilitation, as well as avian training and environmental education.
