Twice a year we open our doors to the public to get a rare glimpse of our center and to meet our resident education ambassadors- live birds of prey. This Fall Open House, we have rearranged things a little at the center so you can look forward to a new look if you have been to a previous event. We have several species of Owls, Falcons, as well as Red-tailed Hawks and Vultures. Our resident Bald Eagle Avalon will also be on hand. All our resident raptors will be on display with their handlers to teach about their species, and our shared environment. You'll also get a look inside our center and our "Freedom Flight," the largest flight of its kind in California. There will be fun activities for kids, and refreshments. No admissions fee but we do suggest a $5 donation. Hope to see you there!
*Parking- As you approach the center there will be signs and volunteers directing parking. We will have parking at the upper lot of Help of Ojai and the lot at Forest Home. We will be running shuttles from both areas. Please be patient with shuttles!
